Yes, and we do it constantly. The stock configurations on this site are the ones people ask for most often, so they are shown as a starting point rather than a menu. Our LED panels are modular, so a wall can go wider, taller, curved, split into columns, wrapped around a corner or cut around a doorway. Staging, DJ booths and lighting rigs work the same way. Describe the room and we will design to it.

Every LED wall package includes delivery, installation, an LED video processor, ground support structure, an on-site LED operator for the duration of the event, and strike and collection afterwards. We also bring spare panels, so a failed tile is swapped in minutes rather than becoming your problem.

Because most of the rooms we work in are light. Wedding and corporate venues in Las Vegas have cream walls, pale drape and white linen, and speakers are the one piece of production kit that cannot be hidden — they stand at eye level flanking the dance floor and land in every wide photograph. Our line array mains, subwoofers and stage monitors are all finished in white, so the audio sits at the same value as the room instead of punching a black hole in the frame.

A single LED wall goes up in about ninety minutes. An LED DJ booth with a wall behind it takes two to three hours. A 20 by 12 ft stage is roughly two hours, a truss lighting rig two to three, and a line array PA three to four hours including tuning. We schedule around your venue load-in window rather than the other way round.

A 3 by 2 m LED wall runs comfortably on a single standard 20 amp circuit. Larger walls, lighting rigs and PA systems need more, and we never share circuits between lighting and audio. The exact power requirement is written on your quote, so you can hand it to the venue weeks ahead rather than discovering it on the day.

Yes. We carry general liability, workers compensation and commercial vehicle cover, and we issue certificates of insurance naming your venue as additional insured. Most Las Vegas hotels and convention spaces require a COI before a vendor is allowed on site, and we handle it as a matter of course. Ask two to three weeks ahead so the wording can be checked.

Yes, on every LED package. A member of our crew stays with the wall for the event, loads your content, switches sources and fixes anything that needs fixing. You are not handed a laptop and left to it. Sound rentals come with a system tech who tunes the rig to the room before doors.

Photos, video, logos, live camera feed, slideshows, a monogram, sponsor loops and ambient visuals. Send it ahead and we will test it on the actual panels so you see it before the day. If you have nothing prepared we can supply looping visuals or build simple content for you.

Las Vegas and the surrounding valley, including the Strip, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin and Paradise. We work in most of the major hotels, convention spaces, country clubs and event venues in the area, so the venue name alone usually tells us the ceiling height, the dock arrangement and the rigging rules.

For a Saturday in peak season, four to six weeks. Convention weeks book earlier. That said, we hold stock in town, so if you are three days out it is still worth calling. We can usually make it work.
